An aluminium patio ceiling isn't an awning in the traditional sense — it's a permanent patio ceiling. Enclosed aluminium panels span the full underside of the structure, creating a clean, flat ceiling you look up at from below. Above it, the powder-coated frame, beams and an integrated box gutter handle everything the Western Cape throws at it — rain, wind and UV, dealt with before it reaches your space.
Every ceiling is measured, engineered and fabricated in-house to your exact dimensions, then installed by our own crew. Choose a standard enclosed ceiling, or the corrugated-roof build with a roof sheet on top for larger and more exposed spans.

200mm aluminium panels span the underside to form a smooth, flat ceiling — no exposed beams, no visible fixings, no industrial look. It reads as a finished room extension, not an add-on.
An integrated box gutter and concealed downpipes are built into the structure, channelling every drop of rainwater away. That's what makes the ceiling fully weatherproof, with no blades to close and no adjustments.
Because the ceiling cavity is enclosed, conduit channels are built in during fabrication. Downlights sit flush with the panels, and fan or speaker wiring runs completely out of sight — no visible cabling from below.
Powder-coated aluminium beams and poles are engineered for Cape Doctor wind loads and sized to your span. We minimise posts wherever possible to keep the patio open and unobstructed.
